Adding support For Plex Web App #14

This adds in support for app.plex.tv (Fixes #12).

I've also changed the English messaging for please_login so that it only displays if you haven't logged into either Kitsu.io or AniList.co. Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with French to update the wording for that.

Good news! Scrobbly, the major revamp of Anilist Scrobbler, is supporting Plex, it's still WIP, but you can use it.
