If year tag is removed, Rubyripper writes it anyway #551

I don't use years of release in my tagging system.  I can remove it from the 
rubyripper GUI but it writes it anyway during encoding for every disc.

rubyripper 0.6.2, gtk2 GUI, on Ubuntu 12.10 64-bit.

Tags are set automatically if you choose to use a pre configured codec. You are 
free to set up a custom commandline with the "other" codec option.
