Feature Request: Connection Leak Detection #13

I think it'd be useful if ConnectionSpy were able to detect potential
connection leaks, as determined by some function of how long the connection
has been opened.

jdbc.connection log is very useful for tracking leaks.  I don't keep track of 
connection age as of yet, but that's a good idea.
