Have the option of loading from Gecko #16

It would be nice to have the option where the loader program
could choose if the game were to be loaded from the front SD or
from a SD/USB Gecko, IDE-EXI, or similar device.

That's what Swiss was done for. DML is meant to be used only with the front SD 
slot.
