NES/CBI reports not saving: if due to non numerical field issue, please insert a disclaimer on the back end

we are continuing to have colleagues get the "this page isnt working" notification and having to restart the systematisation of reports. this is really a major issue. could we please insert some text in red in the back end to alert them that their inputs must be purely numerical?
