Add url and glottolog_url to sources.bib #13

In cldf/sources.bib we should add

the archive.org URL as url and
https://glottolog.org/resource/reference/id/evobib:Gauchat1925 as glottolog_url

The latter to show that we not only link concepts to Concepticon and sounds to CLTS but also references to Glottolog.

Cool, if glottolog/evobib is up to date, this means, I can in the future link all references in this way (in the other datasets then as well for lexibank).

Yes, you could also use this to enrich your own bib - e.g. importing language tags, etc.

Re. "up to date": I refresh Glottolog's copy of evobib for each Glottolog release, see https://github.com/glottolog/glottolog/blob/master/RELEASING.md#merging-the-bibtex-files
