Add missing PBX_TYPECARTE #79

Add missing PBX_TYPECARTE which are defined in Paybox documentation : http://www1.paybox.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/ManuelIntegrationPayboxSystem_V7.1_FR.pdf (cause we can't use PAYPAL with this bundle current version)

I made this pull request cause, since v1.4 of this bundle we can't use PAYPAL. I wrote an issue about it : https://github.com/lexik/LexikPayboxBundle/issues/78.
