Format - Remove Comments - Not working on last line #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select the HTML Highlighter
2. Type this on three lines: <!-- Remove Me -->
3. Select: Format > Remove Comments

What is the expected output?
All HTML comments are removed from the editor

What do you see instead?
The comment on the last line is not removed
