GFA1 to rGFA #31

Hello, is there a way to convert from a GFA1 generated through other algorithms (e.g. vg) to a rGFA? Thank you in advance Andrea

Technically possible but someone has to write a tool for that. Also, minigraph won't work well with a graph generated from millions of SNPs. See the limitations section in README.
