LBCORE-755: confusing message from 'lbpkr check' #35

lbpkr prints out confusing messages when an upgrade is available but no update is:

[lben@pclhcb103 online]$ ./lbpkr check
lbpkr INFO checking for RPMs updates
lbpkr INFO OnlineFarmMeta-1.0.0-1 could be updated to OnlineFarmMeta-1.0.1-1
lbpkr INFO packages to update: 1

[lben@pclhcb103 online]$ ./lbpkr update
lbpkr INFO updating RPMs
lbpkr INFO found 0 RPMs to install:
**error** no RPM to install
