由于flexget版本更新所至已报告给上游项目 ~~暂时性的解决办法为将requirement中的flexget指定版本（请参考我的最新commit）~~ 上游项目已更新使用了临时解决办法的请参考我的最新commit修改本项目不会弄的删了重新fork就行了

看log 是缺少依赖，requirements 中添加chardet 可解

就第一次会, 之后就正常了, 给bot 发消息后马上触发action

给bot发了一条消息，再执行action就可以接收到图片消息了
