Board modifications to MPPTs needed. #25

We need to improve the circuit boards for the MPPTs left to us by one of the previous senior design teams.

To start off, I'd like input on why the boards did not function as well as we would have liked. @dimembermatt, do you have any ideas?

So looking at the senior design oral presentation, the senior design team provided a couple of hardware suggestions, and those included:

Presumably, there are other optimizations that can be done in the boards, such as possibly improving the power efficiency of the DC/DC converter or reducing trace resistance in the PCBs if needed. It also looks like the current sensor can be improved, either by reducing power consumption or improving accuracy.
