Rearranging vault sidebar causes disabled periodic note types to reappear #207

If you enable a certain type of periodic note (monthly, daily, etc.), then disable it, the clickable icon on the sidebar reappears if the other icons are rearranged.

To recreate:

  1. Enable a type of periodic note (any works). The icon on the sidebar should appear
  2. Disable it. The icon should disappear.
  3. Rearrange other icons on the sidebar. Any previously enabled periodic note type will reappear.
