Django 2.2 support #234

Many things in this pull request :

add support for Django 2.2
add test coverage on python from 3.6 to 3.8
add compatibility on python3.5 but remove of the test coverage

Try to solve the many trace like this ::

django/db/models/fields/__init__.py:1451: RuntimeWarning: DateTimeField Examination.date received a naive datetime (2017-12-31 23:59:59.999999) while time zone support is active.

fix #233 by adding readme note on yarn
