Certain games broken after previous commit #217

PCSX2 version: 429870e

PCSX2 options: Settings don't seem to matter, both heavily tweaked as well as completely default results the same.

Description of the issue: Some games that were perfectly fine in the past appear to be unplayable as you can see here: 2022-05-31 19_55_13-GoldenSky - Discord

How to reproduce the issue: Launch Scarface: The World Is Yours using any of the D3D renderers, as soon as you get to the title screen you'll be greeted by the same screen as shown above.

Last known version to work: Commit 05bcbda

PC specifications: CPU: Intel i7-10750H, GPU: RTX 2060, OS: Windows 11 64 Bit.

Can you do a further bisecting? We need to know which commit broke this.

My apologies, I thought I mentioned it within the initial issue but I appear to have missed it off.

The commit that broke this was Commit 8893363.

Fixed as of commit 180c1b9.
