Having trouble building #140

Hello,

Apologies for my lack of dev experience, but I'm trying to implement a different random noise function for the mic, and I want to test it. Problem is, I'm having trouble running the makefile to create the .dll file so I can test the core's performance in retroarch. I'm running windows 10. Can anyone walk me through the process so I can test my implementation?

never mind, I was able to get past that one part in bowser's inside story using the standalone emulator.
