Separate Config Files for Gamecube and Wii #202

Not an issue per se but a feature request.

I think it would be much easer to change settings for games, especially on lower end systems if Gamecube and Wii had their own discreet config files. This is especially true of controller settings since Gamecube and Wii have very different controllers) but also internal resolution.

BTW is it possible to use this core with real a Wiimote/Nunchuck if so how?

you can do this by yourself. you do not need to add such a feature because retroarch can handle it.
