Followed users games on /games #12240

It would be useful to have a tab on /games that shows games from players that the user follows. Not only would it help create some social fabric, but it would be useful for streaming purposes. You could make a multi-board page showing the live games of any accounts you want for a live event. A Titled Arena would be much easier to follow with such a page.

According to an arbiter we work with, it would be helpful for managing tournaments as well
