lost rating points after winning a rated game #14442

Jan 10, 2024, 1:17 AM, my highest correspondence rating is 2127. On Jan 11th a won another correspondence game got +4. But it does not reflect on my rating. My new rating should be 2131 however instead on increasing it has dropped to 2125.

You are the tech. Please fix.

What did you expect to happen?

Fix the rating please

What happened instead?

instead on winning 4 points I ended up losing 2 points

Latest Firefox

experiencing this type of bug for the first time.

Are you cheating? I think a Mod has deducted your rating

Are you a chess player? Do you know what is cheating? don't shoot be drat in the dark. Give a relevant reply if you wish to be helpful.
