The purpose of this document is to propose an adjustment of the range of the 
pmlj:hasInferenceEngine object-property from pmlp:InferenceEngine to 
pmlp:Agent.

    * Tim requests for a real example from the project, better in PML

    * Tim asked: could there be any informative consequences, e.g. in PML API?

    * Cynthia asked: can we put the changes in experimental ontology
          o Li: shall the change be included in PML 2.0 or PML 2.1
