Shibul's village - Skits - First translation #2

To Do

We want to copy the skits from Greenfire for all Shibul's village. We will first need to find all the required XMLs then copy the texts from gamefaq. Validate the english and do some alignements. This act as a first draft so it won't be perfect.

The skits are working as expected (no crash or text borked)
Skit names are not translated (will do it later)
