Include Financial / Fiscal Year time interval option for Date/Datetime dimension #5947

Description

Different companies operate different financial years, e.g. Apr-Mar, Jul-Jun.

I would like a way to specify a financial year interval for a Date/Datetime dimension.

One way to do this is to allow multiple dimensions to be specified per column.

What problem does this solve?

Provide Financial Year reporting in Lightdash

Besides including a new "interval" options, there are two other ways to resolve this in long-standing conversations:

  1. Provide an ability to create multiple dimensions based on a single column in YML (this is my preference)
  2. Allow custom dimensions to be created in the UI
