Create Report for Trip bin generates a Warning Message box with no message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After importing and tagging (Assigning) 42727 valid GPS records to the DC 
study region, on clicking create report for trip bin, it went away for maybe 10 
mins calculating ( with Generating Reports message on screen)and came back with 
 Warning Message box with triangle but no message or numbers and no report 
generated.

I had not put in any vehicle count data at this point (which should be 
unrelated to this report).

First time, I could click on ther OK button, the message went away and I could 
continue.
Second time the browser froze and I could not remove the Message box or kill 
the browser or shutdown the appliance (without logging out as TAMT and logging 
back in again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

On restarting TAMT appliance the reports were there!!

Need to reproduce to determine nature of error. Please provide data for DC 
study region (GPS and study region, tags, zones, roads)
