[BUG] - Foundation Blueprints Break Game #48

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Make a blueprint with only foundation in it, and move the cursor so that the blueprint enters a separate tropic. Happens every time and only with foundation.

Expected behavior The game will complain about the blueprint not being placed across tropic lines and allow me to manipulate it back.

Log files I could not figure out where this was. If directed, will reproduce and provide.

I have the same bug here. Hoping for a quick fix.

Should be fixed in v1.5.3
