[Bug] No previews for videos #2001

2.6.0, tested on Android, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Chrome chat.stg.lin-saas.com

Open a chat
Send/receive a video, load it
There's no preview

Expectation: once the video is loaded, I see the preview
