Can´t making calls after running app tapp installer #344

What steps will reproduce the problem?
can´t reproduce as i can´t get back
what i did:
1. lock SIM (because if working with WiFi there will be also opend a 
(expensive) connection via 
GPRS!)
2. installed apptapp-installer
3. installed a few programms (i.e. summerboard; but no bsd subsystem)
4. deinstalled them again
5. close WiFi
6. tried to unlock sim

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: making calls is possible again. Instead:  Unlocking not possible 
"approved SIM" is 
needed, display shows "no service" -> no call, no sms, no gprs = no fun

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
US-IPhone (1.1.1.) downgraded to 1.0.2 with TurboSIM, MacMini on OS X 4

Please provide any additional information below.

do i have to virginize (baseband 4.1.13_G - no anysim or so)? do i have to 
reset turbosim?
