can't update.

I've tried updating with the 7.3 update then after i opened it, i'd look in task manager and see twitcha was opened but nothing popping up and i don't see much cpu or memory usage like it's just sitting idle. Then i tried to remove all related files to twitcha then opening the setup but all it would do is just crash.
