User is able to input multiple m/none allergy tags #5

Documentation states that

However a command like add n/John Doe p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 t/Low Risk m/none m/none works even though there is another tag.

This seems to be a purely cosmetic bug with little to no impact on functionality as the application does not add 2 separate none allergy tags

This is an intended design of the app since the add command parses such that if there are multiple instances of m/None tag, only one of them will be added to the patient for clarity purposes.
