Menu & header bars are not the same size #2

Top Menu bar is not the same size as the table header in Firefox. But looks fine in Google Chrome.

Screenshot is made with Firefox version 19.0.2

I have to check it out later. I have the the same version Firefox version (19.0.2) and works ok here. Do you think Firefox on Windows XP and 7 are different? Because my version does not look like the picture above.

This seems to be related to Issue #3. Even in Chrome, if I reduce the size of the browser enough, I get a scroll bar along the bottom and the far right side looks like this screenshot. It only happens after the table has collapsed as much as it can before the scroll bar appears.
