Menu bar compression with various screen sizes #3

Menu bar does not compress properly with screen resizing. The username & Logout links disappear when the window is made smaller.

This likely affects people with small monitors & those trying to connect with smartphones, tablets, etc..

The entire application was made using the framework Foundation 4, which have a special attention to mobile devices. It will take some time to build a application that's fully compatible with all devices, but it can be done.

The problem only happens with screen smaller than 768px horizontally.
