Consistency in how Product-DataSet relationship is modelled in COOS and revised GSIM #99

From Issue II of Issue #81

In revised GSIM, Product "has" Data Set (actually Information Set which is superclass of Data Set). image

In COOS, Data Set is a sub-class of Product. image

Need to make sure we are consistent.
