doubled attributes in RDF/XML output #1

we create doubled attributes in RDF/XML output which causes troubles (later) in parsing the RDF or storing it in Sparql servers

Issue fixed (for contentType): we just need to remove 'flushWith="record"' from the entity-tags. See new version: https://github.com/linked-swissbib/mfWorkflows/blob/master/src/main/resources/transformation/resource/morph-marc21ToRdf-XML.xml#L91
