rbac is no longer in beta when starting up new Kubernetes clusters - in fact starting a new cluster with GKE is enabling rbac by default.
We should rename the title, as we will need to reference this file in our blog post series "Linkerd + Kubernetes" and having beta in the title might be confusing to new users, since this blog post series is built on a GKE environment.
