Fix language detection #328

A previous change to is_language resulted in all files being assumed to be C code, which is fixed by this patch.

Thanks for the fix.

And sorry about the bug. My high school shop teacher used to say "(s)he who makes no mistakes, makes nothing at all". (Bob Lund - really great guy. Sorely missed.)
