Bloom pointer cursor hotspot is off #7373

SUMMARY | 问题概要

Bloom theme pointer cursor's (the "hand") hotspots are off by about 2-3px to the left and down. The 24px variant seems to be more or less on the spot, the two larger variants (36px and 48px) are both off, the larger being more off than the smaller.

Package: deepin-icon-theme-2023.11.28 (in `nixpkgs`)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤

  1. move your "arrow" cursor up to the rightmost or topmost border of a link or other element that triggers the "hand" pointer
  2. observe how the "hand" jumps off noticeably to the left and down from where the tip of the arrow was if you move the cursor inside the "trigger zone"

@jficz Thanks for the feedback, is it possible to help record a video or gif about this phenomenon? Are you using a V23 or V20 system?

I'm not running Deepin if that's what you're asking - I'm on NixOS/Wayland/Hyprland and only use the cursor theme.

The wrong offset is rather clearly visible if you open the cursor file in Gimp - it can be seen the layers are not aligned to the same hot spot.

I see, I wonder if other themes have the same type of problem? If you have time, you can also try the other themes that come with deepin, I'll send it back to the corresponding team to analyze the problem, but it probably won't get updated in the short term, the team will mainly focus on other content.

Has feedback to the designer, will fix it in next release

Sorry, the designer told me the Bloom theme is too old and will not be fixed for fear of other effects.
