sysmonitor@orcus Error initializing applet but glibtop is installed - OpenSuSE Tumbleweed #2395

The applet refuses to start, It's claiming that glibtop is not installed, however It's there:

I had the same problem on Ubuntu 19.04, but I found restarting cinnamon solved it.
