I have three external monitors connected to my Lenovo L14 gen. 1 - two of them are connected by docking station: HDMI (primary) and DP, one is connected directly to laptop's HDMI. Laptop screen is disabled.
Dell P2723DE: HDMI, dock, primary, horizontal
LG 23MP48HQ-P: HDMI, directly, secondary, horizontal
Dell P2014H: DP, dock, secondary, vertical
After restart Cinnamon/reboot panels disappear visually, but they are still detected by e.g. dconf.
It's happening only on secondary monitors, primary (set by xrandr) is always ok.
