Blurred and different size icons #8223

 * Distribution - Linux Mint 19.1 Tessa
 * Graphics hardware - Intel UHD 620 and driver=i915
 * 64 bit

Issue Blurred and different size icons in system tray.

Steps to reproduce WQXGA+ Display and Hi-DPI user interface (Dell XPS 13 9360). Install Linux Mint 19.1, Install Software: Slack, Google Chrome, Cisco AnyConnect, Guake 3.3.2.

Language icon size - change language on any lang.

Expected behaviour

All icon one size and resolution.

Other information It's cinnamon defects or defect third party apps?

Okey, i'm trashed Cisco AnyConnect and user openconnect-vpn. :)

But slack and google chrome... :'(

I have put in a pull request that is related. https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/pull/8208 Which theme are you using ? Some themes hard code the icon size, and the combination of a small hard-coded applet size and a large panel is not great for icon clarity.
