Bugfix nemo-image-converter: missing size format #463

Bug: No size format is set but button "Resize" is activated. Extension displays "no access to the file xy permitted". Solution: Set a common size format as default in the UI.

I tested the modifications on LM 21 Cinnamon. The extension works perfectly.
