[Readme.md issue] Winpnator has signifigant compatibility issues, especially with Android. #179

On Windows, Winpnator sometimes doesn't work properly and doesn't work at all with the Android port. I would suggest adding a note to the other platforms section that Winpnator has compatibility issues and that warpinator-windows might be better to use until they are fixed.

I don't think it's appropriate for us to make recommendations here.. while you may have issues with a particular app, others may not, or use it differently. Users should report these issues directly to the app developers.
