setup api and proxy server #327

@wolfbiter, can you forward me the new droplet creation email, which should have the initial droplet password? or login and change the password to our shared secret.

@ahdinosaur hey has there by any chance been work on this? i've had requests for the current version linx to be working and it is but for this, and it shouldn't take long right? It's rather critical to linx.dj

sorry, i'll prioritize this for next week.

i'll be using dokku, as it is easy to setup and we can git push to update the server.

i deleted the Debian server and setup a new server using Ubuntu 14.04, as that is the preferred OS for dokku and i want to maximize ease and minimize pain right now. can you change the password (login with ssh root@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, run passwd) to our shared secret? cheers.

done. api and proxy. see https://github.com/linxmix/linx/issues/342 for necessary task before linx.dj is ready.
