To test the porting of the NZGB plugin application a test instance of the gazetteer database is required.

Done

This task is considered complete once:

[ ] The database is deployed to a test environment
[ ] Using a process that makes the deployment easy (no more than the execution of a few scripts)

Discussion Required:

Where should this be deployed to? Ideally the one test instance should be accessible to developers and testers.
