GIS output format #56

There is a specific customer request for KML output format. Seeking more information to determine what is wanted in such an output and what other formats could be suitable.

Some generic GIS format would certainly be a useful thing.

Given SNAP data requirements Geopacksge would be the best general format for data and spatiak. Esri and open source now support this. I wonder about support DWG and KML for graphical views.
