Create pull request for new changes #2

If there are new changes, create a pull request. In terms of API calls:

[x] create blob for new travis.yml (meh newlines in JSON meh)
[x] get last ref from master
[x] create tree from blob
[x] create branch (i.e. reference)
[x] open pull request

The two first steps can be done concurrently.
