Don't send messages to offline users #224

While offline, every message said on the bot piles up and then is sent to you 
when you log in.

The result is I end up being spammed with over a couple thousand lines of 
messages whenever I log in because my group talks at all hours of the day (some 
are based in Australia).

It'd be great if you were autosnoozed when you log off.
