All websites and documentation still reference appspot.com. Nothing mentions the new migration #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Visit any partychat site.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect something to reference both the old site and the fact that it 
has been migrated. Only typing in an existing chat bot currently shows this 
fact (and issue #227 shows there are additional issues with it).

Please provide any additional information below.
