NVENC slowdown? #210

I just tried to transcode a batch of 2k/4k mkv's, after updating to FFMPEG gyan.dev 11/6 nightly build and Nvidia driver 566.03. For some reason, NVENC encodes (standard --crop auto --hevc flags) is super slow, speedup is like 2.6-2.9x instead of the usual 8-16x....has any else encountered this?

note - just tried 7.1 release and 7.02 release ffmpeg...it seems to be ffmpeg 7.1....speeds back to 16-19x with 7.02....

@tylercheung Thanks for the heads up! I'll look into this when I get a chance and ask the brain trust if they're seeing this as well.
