Name terminal according to current video #223

It would be great if we could see at a glance which video was being processed, can we add it to the terminal window title?

@gingerbeardman This is an interesting idea. Thanks for opening the issue.

I'll have to investigate whether this is possible to do in a cross-platform way. The last time I tried something like this not only was the code larger and more complicated than I thought, but I could never get it to work on Windows.
