`error when starting dev server: Error: EEXIST: file already exists`

Hello again!

Description

I have two vite.config files:

• vite.config.ts: for my sveltekit website
• userscript.vite.config.ts: for my static asset (a tampermonkey userscript using the vite-plugin-monkey pluggin)

Issue

My build and preview works, for both of the config files, but my dev doesn't work for userscript.vite.config.ts.
