Ability to configure "litmus different Image Registries in a Workflow" in yaml #3327

At the moment https://docs.litmuschaos.io/docs/user-guides/image-registry must be completed in the GUI and there is no way to define default configuration of litmus at deployment time, please provide a way to configure these option at deployment in the yaml files
